Common Questions
What counts as a “Full User”?
Any team member who needs to create invoices, manage inventory, run reports, review timesheets, build BOMs, or access financial records is a Full User. This includes owners, office managers, estimators, project managers, and bookkeepers.
What can a Contributor do?
Contributors are designed for field workers, technicians, and crew members. They can clock in and out, view their assigned jobs and tasks, log job notes and field findings, complete compliance checklists, and view their own timesheet. They cannot access financials, inventory, invoicing, or admin settings.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you get 30 full days of complete access to every module — no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you enter your team count and a payment method, and billing starts from there. If you cancel before the 30 days are up, you pay nothing.
How is storage calculated?
Storage is billed at $0.10 per gigabyte per month based on your account's average daily usage. Most small businesses use under 5 GB — which works out to $0.50/month. Heavy document users with lots of engineering drawings or site photos typically use 10–20 GB.
Can I add or remove users mid-month?
Yes. Users are prorated to the day. If you add a Full User on the 15th of a 30-day month, you’re charged for half a month. If you remove a user, the credit is applied to your next invoice.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No minimum. One owner running a solo shop pays $20/month for full access to every module. There’s no floor, no mandatory package, and no base fee beyond your actual user count.
