TrueScope Stock and Gear tracks warehouses, bins, serial numbers and reorder levels in the browser, and it is part of one app that also handles purchasing, BOMs, work orders, sales and bookkeeping. There is no separate accounting system to sync and no server to install, for $20 per user per month.

Yes. Print QR labels for bins and items and scan them with any phone camera to look up, move or count stock.
Stock & Gear gives your business complete visibility into what stock you have, where it is physically located, and what has moved in or out. For contractors managing a mix of consumable parts and expensive capital equipment, or for warehouses handling high-volume SKU picking, this module eliminates the guesswork that leads to costly stockouts or lost tools.
The Overview dashboard shows a high-level snapshot of total catalog items, active warehouses, serialized equipment counts, and recent transaction activity.
Warehouse Setup lets you build a precise physical map of your storage facilities down to individual bin coordinates. Assign aisle codes, shelf numbers, row labels, and bin identifiers to every storage position. Products are then linked to specific bin locations, making picker routing and cycle counts significantly faster and more accurate.
The Equipment tab manages serialized capital assets — generators, tools, compressors, vehicles, and specialized field equipment that must be individually tracked. Each equipment record holds a serial number, model, purchase date, and a complete checkout log showing which technician or truck currently has it.
- Eliminates picking errors and wasted time by mapping every product to a specific warehouse aisle, shelf, row, and bin coordinate.
- Protects expensive tools and equipment by tracking individual serialized assets by serial number, assignment history, and current location.
- Creates a complete, unalterable stock movement audit trail — every receipt, transfer, adjustment, and issuance is permanently logged.
- Prevents purchasing mistakes by showing real-time on-hand quantities per location before placing reorder requests.
- Supports multi-warehouse businesses by managing separate storage facilities with independent layouts and stock levels.
